Who do you think you are taking the moral high ground with a blog filled with disgusting pictures and violence ?
Yes what he did was horrific for that child, disgusting, a vampire sucking this young girl's innocence...
oh right, your blog is "artistic" right ? Grow up and learn some real values yourself before casting the stone.
Everyone makes mistakes. He was is post traumatic shock after what happened to his pregnant wife and what he did what WRONG .
However this woman has now fogiven him and seems very well adjusted. We grow to forgive and ideally find peace but not to forget.
And yes this is the most difficult thing to do for any human... how to survive rape, betrayal , injustice... not easy but essential otherwise, the victim can suffer all her life... the scars heal but never go away.
We learn to manage pain, close the door and move on.
That's what humans do, not vampires !!!! good luck .

You should at least try to upset "Helen's" chances of outright victory. It is better to get booed off the stage and make a stand, then not even try at all. Years from now, people will remember your intelligence and courage. Teenage reality is pretty shallow, don't be afraid to put a dent in peoples perceptions and give them some hint of depth.

Lara, Those are some very good choices in Zombie Flicks. So Here's a more recent Zombie film that came out on DVD that is both equally very scary and funny:
1.SEXY KILLER: Recently a lot of very good recent Horror films have been coming out of Spain(REC, THE ORPHANAGE) and this one is one of the best Horror/Comedy films to come out in a long while. It's about Barbara, a young medical student who is also a serial murderer known as the "Campus Killer",who's a sort of DEXTER meets JANICE DICKINSON. Her character is also like a combination of Paris Hilton & Hannibal Lector. When the murders on campus pile up & the police are baffled by who's doing the killing, two med students use an orthodox way of finding out who the killer is by using a machine that reads the thoughts of the dead victims to reveal the killer, but it has an aftereffect of reviving the dead into man-eating zombies! The whole film is like if Pedro Almodovar did a horror film with it's campy, kitsch colors, gory murder sequences, great zombie makeup effects and even hilarious musical numbers. Macarena Gomez(DAGON, ROMASANTA THE WEREWOLF HUNTER)plays Barbara in a deliciously over the top performance that makes her the best anti-heroine in movies in a long time and she even breaks the Fourth Wall by talking to the movie audience and giving tips how to commit the perfect murder! This film has homages to Romero(the medical college where Barbara studies at is called "The George A. Romero Medical College", Argento, Bava, Sam Raimi, Peter Jackson, Stuart Gordon and others, but the film is currently not available on US Region 1 DVD yet and can be ordered thru AMAZON UK but you'll have to need a Region Free DVD player to see this great funny/scary Region 2 PAL DVD release.

Our time, and what we choose to do with it, is the most valuable thing we actually have some control over in our lives. If you're wasting your time, then you're wasting your life. I say embrace every single day as if it were your last. Sure, we have to pay our bills, but that doesn't mean we have to do so in a way that bores us to death (literally).

I can sympathize with your attitude about school. I also loved the learning, detested the lemmings. This is one of the reasons I chose to homeschool my daughter. I wanted her to at least have a fighting chance at holding on to her passion for learning new things and aspiring to live a life without all that monotany and the "that's life" mentality. I'm sure the world will get ahold of her at some point (probably when she gets her first job) but for now I'm planting the seeds of living a life not wasted, even for one minute.

I can tell you still have that passion. Hang in there!

Having been a teen in the '80's, all I can say is that it was a great time. Totally awesome, to be specific. Big hair, legwarmers, shoulder pads and dayglo -- I wish they would bring it all back, esp. the big hair. Oh, and also -- Near Dark, The Lost Boys, and Fright Night. All '80's movies. Need I say more?!
